Atland Wands

These tools are made firstly from atland wood. Atland trees are a fairly recent discovery. Whether the lack of historical reports on them is because these trees are new to Earth, or because they dwelled in the deeper layers of the ocean before the great evaporation, is unclear. All the same, atland wood has opened the doors for wizards and witches alike to raise algadon, cast spells, deflect long range projectiles, and more.

In addition to atland wood, studies are ongoing as to what materials are best suited to accompany the makeup of a wand. For example, there is a school of thought that believes incorporating the ember wood tufts from kindle wolves, would  strengthen a wand's propensity to use fire magic, and interact with fire type algadons.
